In addition to itzbig’s own chat capabilities, you can now enter your preferred external chat client (Google, MSN, or Yahoo) in order to increase the odds of chatting with potential candidates. If you are online during your normal business day with gtalk, Yahoo or msn messenger and a professional is online, you will have instant access to get feedback from candidates.

Hide - I’m Not Interested

You can now indicate when you are not interested in seeing a candidate again by “Hiding” the candidate from your view. Once you click on a candidate's profile, there is a new button called "Hide" which allows you to hide the candidate for the job you are reviewing or from all jobs. |

Tell Me When I Have Seen a Candidate Before
More efficient.
If a candidate's profile appears across multiple job postings and you have previously requested the resume, you will get a notice asking you to confirm that you want to request the resume again. We know you are busy so we’ll do the double-checking for you!
